Special Rules
All attendees must wear socks at all times.
Entry to Jumbo Jump requires a valid ticket. This includes parents accompanying children. Parents should purchase a ticket for the same session/time slot as their child.
Children under 2 years of age are not allowed. Children aged 2 years and above require a valid ticket for entry.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your session start time with your QR Ticket ready on your phone.
The maximum weight limit is 120 kg. Guests exceeding this limit cannot participate.
